Blair, Archbishop
Arms: Or a cross Sable charged in chief with a key and sword in saltire wards and sword point upwards, in base a fleur de lis and in each flank a mullet all Argent; overall on an inescutcheon Gules a lion rampant Or holding in its sinister fore-paw a man’s heart Argent.

Archbishop Leonard Paul Blair is a prelate of the Roman Catholic Church, serving as archbishop of the Archdiocese of Hartford in Connecticut since December 16, 2013.
Blair was born on April 12, 1949, in Detroit, Michigan. He first studied at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History.
On July 8, 1999, Blair was appointed as an Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Detroit and Titular Bishop of Voncariana. He received his episcopal consecration on August 24 at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Detroit from Cardinal Adam Maida, with Cardinal Szoka and Bishop Dale Melczek serving as co-consecrators.
Blair was appointed Bishop of the Diocese of Toledo on October 7, 2003. He was installed on December 4, 2003.
Blair was appointed as the fifth Archbishop of Hartford on October 29, 2013 and installed on December 16, 2013.
