David Lacey Garrison, Baron of Tranent & Cockenzie

Arms: Argent a dragon Vert forefeet and wings Or armed Gules breathing fire Proper grasping in its dexter foreclaw a long cross of the Third and in its sinister foreclaw a mullet of the First.

Crest: a pelican vulning Azure the breast charged with a mullet Argent.

Motto: VIRTUTIS SOLA NOBILITAT.

Matriculation: The 90th page of the 82nd volume of the Public Register of All Arms and Bearings in Scotland 22 January 2001. Mr. Garrison was a Knight Commander of the Papal Order of St Gregory the Great, a Knight of the Orders of Malta and the Holy Sepulchre, and a Member of the Society of the Cincinnati.
