Lyon's visit to the US Army Institute of Heraldry, Fort Belvoir, VA , 8 Sep 2010
Lord Lyon David Sellar speaks to personnel at the U. S. Army Institute of Heraldry during a visit to their offices on Ft. Belvoir. Highlights of the visit included a slide briefing by the Lord Lyon and a tour of the Army Institute of Heraldry facilities.
