Dermot Michael Macgregor Morrah born in 1896, he became a journalist, author and herald. He was appointed Arundel Herald Extraordinary on 27 Apr 1953. He covered portions of the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, stood near the throne and later stated, “the sense of spiritual exultation that radiated from her was almost tangible” ( page 160, Majesty.) He later wrote the book, “To Be A King”, 1968 about Prince Charles about the time he was made Prince of Wales.

Dermot Morrah died on 2 Oct 1974, age 78.
