The locations of future AGM’s were discussed. Lord Eglinton suggested that the Society adopt virtual Board of Governors and AGMs meetings based on the attendance online for this AGM; greatly reducing member travel, time, and cost.

It was reported by BOG Member Mark Harden that Lord Lyon and George Way of Plean, confirmed by Lord Lyon, will be attending the 2021 Greenville, SC games. The Chairman requested that those who can attend should make every effort do so. The 2021 AGM will be virtual. If someone can host a SSA tent: notify the Secretary so the membership can be notified, and shipping arrangements made to supply a SSA name banner and flag.

Society Business:

The following was discussed:

Request members supply the names, etc. of the heirs in line to inherit their arms. This will be discussed at the virtual BOG meeting to be scheduled in November.

It was recommended by the Treasurer that the BOG discuss actions that need to be taken for members delinquent dues and electing an Assistant Treasurer.

Society Fellow election to be held at the virtual BOG meeting to be scheduled in November 2020.

Secretary reminded members to check the SSA website for updated arms, information, etc.
Bill Boswell of Toberchurn and Glen Cook of Kingerly will review the proposal for members to leave a portion of their estate to SSA. To report the results to the BOG.

The BOG will discuss the option of assuming the SSA website payments from Randal Massey of Dunham. Randal is currently paying the annual website invoice in place of paying dues for himself and son.
