Gaylor [2] Edward
Arms: Parted per fess Argent and Gules, a fess dancetty flory at the points parted per fess dancetty Sable and of the First, a bordure Or.

SOURCES, NOTES & CREDITS: The illustration for background and blazon is from the Extract of Matriculation received from the Court of the Lord Lyon.

Edward James Hamilton Gaylor was born in 2015. His grandfather, John Hamilton Gaylor decided his younger grandson needed arms of his own and petitioned Lyon Court
for a matriculation. The matriculation was granted by Lord Lyon Morrow, painted by Lyon Court Painter Yvonne Holton, signed on 17 Jan 2019 and delivered to Grandfather Gaylor just in time to present it to his grandson Teddy on his fourth birthday. Of course
with the bordure Or, according to the Scottish system of cadency, we know Teddy is the second son to the Gaylor heir, William Hamilton Gaylor, only son to J. H. Gaylor.

The artwork is a rendition of John Hamilton Gaylor
