(for Earldom of CAITHNESS); over all a cross engrailed and counterchanged arg. and sa. (for SINCLAIR).

STANDARD: Az., a St. Andrew's cross arg. in the hoist and of four tracts or, az., arg. and gu., upon which is depicted the crest in the 1st compartment, the 1st badge in the second compartment, the 2nd badge in the 3rd compartment and the 3rd badge in the 4th compartment, along with the motto 'Commit thy work to God' in letters gu. upon the three transverse bands arg.
