Arms: Two coats per pale; dexter: Vert on a rocky mount a tower Proper masoned Sable and with a port Gules, the tower surmounted from its dexter chief point to its sinister base by a chain Sable (for Cadenas); sinister: Or a bell Proper (for Vicent)

Source for blazon: Rendered by D. Q. Wedvick and re-worked by J.H. Gaylor, from the illustrations of arms used by Don Vicente in his Certifications. Don Vicente born on 29 April 1915, appointed Chronista Rey de Armas ( Chronista King of Arms ) in 1951 by Generalissimo Francesco Franco, which appointment he held for life. He issued many Certifications of Arms over the decades, including one to us and one to our mother. Don Vicente was for many years a member of the Deputation of the Sacred and Military Constantinian Order of St. George, a Bailiff Grand Cross and a Knight of St. Januarius. He was instrumental in setting up the modern infrastructure of historical research of heraldry and genealogy in Spain with his founding of the Instituto Salazar y Castro (C.S.I.C.) in 1954. He died on 21 December 2005, age 90.
