ARMS: Azure a pile reversed Or a fess enarched and embattled gules masoned sable between in chief two towers argent each with two mullets of six points above it or and in chief of the pile a barred helm affronty Azure ensigned of three ostrich plumes, one Gules between two Azure, in base two swords in saltire Argent hilted Sable through a wreath of laurels Proper.

The von Fieandts, in the persons of Carl Johan von Fieandt and his brother, Magnus Fredrik von Fieandt were ennobled on 21 Nov 1751 ( introduced 1752) ( Swedish Noble no. 1920) (Finnish noble no. 128 ) to honor the memory of their father, Johan Henrik Fieandt, and are believed to be ancestors in the maternal line of Colonel Harry Ilmari Manner, a close friend of ours of long standing. dqw 20100116
