Grade, Michael, CBE, Lord Grade
Arms: Per chevron grady Argent and Azure in base a lighthouse between two sails issuing in base Argent and in chief two masks that to the dexter of comedy and that to the sinister of tragedy Azure.

SOURCE/NOTES & CREDITS: There was no Illustration for background so the artist had to work solely from the blazon. The blazon came from the Wikipedia article on Michael Grade.
Looking at the footnote (# 53) found it was taken from Debrett's Peerage 2019, page 2780.
Unfortunately, the published blazon does not describe the sails nor how they are to be displayed.
The blazon phrase of partition Per chevron grady is shared by both Michael Grade and his uncle, Sir Lew Grade, Lord Grade (of Elstree ) in their arms, an obvious play on their name.

Michael Grade, CBE, Baron Grade ( life peer ) of Yarmouth; born in London, England in 1943, is an English television executive and businessman and is the son of Leslie Grade (1916-1979) also born in London, England as part of a show business family. Leslie was a theatrical agent and the youngest of the three ( Grade brothers )

The two older brothers were from Tomak in the Ukraine region of Imperial Russia). The three were born with the surname of Winogradsky and became the Grade brothers and as is their nephew.

The eldest was Sir Lew Grade, Baron Grade ( life peer ) of Elstree in the County of Hertfordshire (1906-1998); the second brother who again changed his name was Sir Bernard Delfont, Baron Delfont ( life peer ) of Stepney in Greater London (1909-1994). All three brothers were in show business more or less together. But Leslie Grade was the only brother to die without honours, no peerage, no knighthood nor other royal honours.

What is of interest here is that, Michael Ian Grade CBE, the son of honourless Leslie Grade got the CBE in 1998 and was made a lord as Baron Grade (life peer) of Yarmouth, in the County of Isle of Wight on 25 Jan 2011
.
Today, Michael Ian Grade, is active in the House of Lords as a crossbencher and he is the Chairman of Ofcom which is the UK’s communications regulator as of 2022.

The arms are an interpretation of John Hamilton Gaylor.
