Proclamation of God Save the King !

After a proclamation by Lord Lyon Morrow at the Mercat Cross in Edinburgh formally announcing the Queen's successor, King Charles III , he declaimed "God Save the King" followed his leading the crowd with three cheers of Hip, Hip, hooray. We think he was leading the crowd in a hooray here !
