Crest: A drum major's arm embowed habited Gules decorated Or gloved Argent holding a drum major's mace Proper.
Motto: "Lead the Way"
Pennon: 120 centimetres long or thereby of these liveries Or and Sable with the arms of the Petitioner in the hoist bearing his Motto in two lines counter changed.
Grant and Matriculation: On a date to be announced by the Court of the Lord Lyon, upon xxx Page of the yyy Volume of the Public Register of All Arms and Bearings in Scotland.

Norman Curtis Mitchell, Jr. was born in 1958, he holds a B.S. degree from Marietta College, married Pamela Sue, daughter of Harold Lawrence Stewart, and descends from one Nathaniel Mitchell who resided in the Colony of Pennsylvania prior to 1783. Norman C. Mitchell, Jr. petitioned, and presented proofs for arms on 28 January 2011 in and for the memory of his great, great, great grandfather the aforementioned Nathaniel Mitchell which were accepted and acted upon by the Lord Lyon on or about April of 2012.
The text and artwork for the vellum document now in queue are to be for both the Letters Patent for the original arms granted for and in the memory of Nathaniel Mitchell and as a Matriculation of the differenced arms and a pennon for Norman Curtis Mitchell, Jr., his descendant.
