Alexander Nisbet, Gent. (1657-1725)
Memorial plaque in bronze and enamel erected in 1934 in Greyfriars Kirk, Edinburgh to the memory of Alexander Nisbet, Gent. author of the "Science of Heraldry", by Robert Chancellor Nesbitt, he who did the research where it may be seen to this day.
