SSA Chairman William P. Boswell making private remarks to your editor whilst atttending the 220st Annual VCA Dinner at India House, NYC. It is to be noted that as a VCA Private, Colonel the Hon. Wm. P. Boswell, shares this honour with the late General of the Army Douglas MacArthur and General William Westmoreland. We dare hope however that COL Boswell doesna join them for a long, long time. dqw 20100119
